Whistleblowing

Please note that this report will be treated in compliance with the protection of the confidentiality of the identity of the reporter, in accordance with Article 12 of Legislative Decree no. 24 of 10 March 2023.

The protection measures provided for in Article 16 and the limitations of liability provided for in Article 20 of Legislative Decree No. 24 of 10 March 2023 shall apply to the whistleblower. As provided for in Article 16(3) of the same decree, any form of abuse of this reporting system, such as reports that are manifestly opportunistic and/or made for the sole purpose of harming the whistleblower or other persons, and any other case of misuse, committed with malice or gross negligence, of this institution, are instead a source of disciplinary liability in the competent fora.

The personal data of the whistleblower and/or of any persons named by him/her, will be processed in compliance with the requirements of European Regulation 679/2016, Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 and Legislative Decree no. 101 of 18 May 2018 on the protection of personal data, as provided for in Article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 24 of 10 March 2023
